The water is down and the weather is good!  Saw a ton of empty casings in the water and had quite a few adult stone fly's land on me while I was down there April 30.  Look for the big bugs to be coming out in he next couple weeks and there is still a decent BWO hatch going on.  Got into about a dozen whitefish and 4 browns.  Temps and river levels are looking really good right now!
